to give you idea of
price over the phone - for instance, a leaky tap...
In most cases, we will arrange an
appointment to come and see you at your
premises (or wherever the work needs to take place).
On the day, we'll phone ahead to check
you're in. Once with you, we'll take
down all the relevant details, measure up, and then leave
you in peace while we go back to the office and work
out a price for you.
Within 24 hours you will receive a
written quotation either by email or
snail-mail (post). Your quotation is good for 30 days,
so you'll have time to
decide whether you want to go ahead and make any necessary
arrangements.
When you decide to go ahead, we'll
give you a start date and arrange a
second visit by one of the Directors to come and see
you prior to the project starting to go through the proposed
schedule. This ensures that you know exactly what to
expect and when to expect it.
Throughout the process we will keep
you up to date on how the work is
progressing - at no time will you feel like you 'aren't
in control' - your peace
of mind is an essential part of the process, if you are happy, then so
