A
few words from our
customers...
We are more than happy to show
you the original documents
received relating to each of the excerpts below, please
just
ask...
November
2009
Mr and Mrs P, Beachampton, would like to say what a
great job the two young men did erecting the fence
between ourselves and our neighbours. When they first
arrived and took the original chestnut fence and boundary
wall down they looked like a couple of kids and we
wondered when the fence erectors would arrive to finish
the job...
Next day they came back... were apprehensive and said 'typical
council, sent a couple of kids to save money...' How wrong we were...
those two young men have done a fantastic job...
Mr P has been in the building trade for over 40 years, he does not
give praise easy... he said the first day those two young ones are
doing really well... three days later they completed it and we are very
very impressed at the standard of work.
We would recommend the company if this is the standard of work
they produce... the young men were very polite and particular about
their work... they cleaned up and left no mess behind them like
some workmen can do... well done Jack and Patrick... and thank
you...
We ask
each of our customers to complete a form at the end of
every job
so that we can keep track of how well we are doing. The form is entitled
'Evaluation of Work Carried
Out' and asks five questions:
- I am very satisfied with the completed work
- The operative arrived at the agreed date and time
- The work carried out is of good quality
- The operative left the work area clean and tidy
- The operative was friendly and polite
For each question our customers can award a maximum of 5 points, totalling
25. They can also leave extra comments if they wish, here are a few examples
of those comments, with the points awarded:
"The two workmen were very friendly and professional,
did good quality work;
very approachable." N. S. Aylesbury (24 points) November 2009
"Very good and clean and tidy." K.E.C,
Aylesbury. November 2009
"Very helpful and work to a
high quality." R.D. Aylesbury (25 points) October
2009
"I was very satisfied wtih the
work that was completed." (25 points) October 2009
"The gentleman was very kind putting my neighbour at rest, nothing was too
much
trouble." M. S. Aylesbury (25 points) October 2009
"Excellent service as usual
from Premier." B.M.F. (25 points) October 2009
"Your men were very good they
knew what they were doing, keep it up, I would
recommend you as good workmen, very clean. Thank you for a good job done well."
E.W. Winslow (25 points) September 2009
 |
During October and November 2009, 13 more forms
came back to us with a full 25 points... it's very
rare for any of our team to lose more than one or two
points... (and we firmly believe they all compete for
the highest scores each week!) |

Feedback
received from the Housing Trust following work done
by apbs:
October 2009
Dear Mrs R,
Thank you for your recent phone call to the Trust.
We are pleased that you are satisfied with the speed and workmanship
of Premier Builders who attended your property to fix your shower. I
will ensure that your feedback is passed on to them.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
July 2009
I have just had a call from Mrs B. She said that she had to let us know
how very pleased she is with the work that has been carried out at
her home while they were out, she says the work is so much nicer than
she was expecting, like a fence inside a fence. She also wasn't aware
that the front garden was going to be done, fitting the gate is also
a great weight off her shoulders. She wanted to thank everyone concerned
for all they had done so far, she is very, very grateful for all the
help.

To Whom It May Concern
I am writing to yourselves as I feel you have an employee (Steve Dawkins)
who must be praised. These days people are very quick to criticise but
not so eager to award praise. Steve came and fixed my broken fence, as
I am an old age pensioner it is not something I can do. I do not think
I have met anybody who is so conscientious and takes pride in his work
in a long time. I would appreciate if you could pass on my thanks to
Steve and wish him all the best.
Sincerely
Mrs M M, Aylesbury.
